Las ventajas técnicas residen en las nuevas plataformas para fortalecer cada uno de los pasos en el sistema de votación, los diferentes niveles de auditoria, seguridad en la transmisión de los datos, mecanismo satelital e inalámbrica, encriptación de la data y el sistema de autenticación del electorado a través de las maquinas captahuellas, lo cual impide la duplicidad del voto.<br />

Posee dos fases, una de: fabricación, lanzamiento y desplazamiento a posición órbital final; y otra que incluye: mantenimiento en órbita y manejo de tráfico. Este artefacto es geoestacionario, esto quiere decir que donde se coloque en relación al Ecuador se moverá con la tierra, en el sentido de las agujas del reloj estará a una distancia de 36 mil kilómetros. El satélite dará cobertura a todo el territorio nacional, con una vida útil de 15 años aproximadamente.<br />

<p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial; color: rgb(255, 153, 0);">En su exposición señaló varios ejemplos como: la forma de votar, anteriormente se ejercía este derecho por medio de unos tarjetones, donde la elección se hacía de manera manual, ahora es automatizado el voto, se tiene 3 min para marcar digitalmente y este sacará un papel con la opción marcada, se deposita en la urna, se ahorra en tiempo.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial; color: rgb(255, 153, 0);">Otro ejemplo son las cuentas en bancos, antes solo existía la posibilidad de sacar dinero en la agencia donde se deposito el mismo, ahora con el avance de las tecnologías existen los cajeros automáticos, por medio del internet también se puede consultar saldo, realizar depósitos entre otros procesos.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial; color: rgb(255, 153, 0);">Se refirió al modo de vida, hace 30 años el ritmo era más lento, pero con tantas innovaciones las personas se van adaptando y algunas se hacen dependientes de las tecnologías. Es interesante el cambio y la evolución que se esta teniendo, pero hay que saber usarlas en pro y no en contra de las personas o del mundo.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial; color: rgb(255, 153, 0);">La profesora Miriam habló sobre la era del neolítico, la revolución agrícola, la revolución industrial y lo que tienen en común es que el hombre siempre ha buscado mejor calidad de vida, crear y producir y que de buenos frutos, evolucionar en todos los aspectos.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Las TIC se convierten en los nuevos motores de desarrollo y progreso. Si en la segunda mitad del siglo XX los procesos de industrialización fabriles marcaron la pauta en el desarrollo económico de las sociedades occidentales que operaban bajo una <a href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Econom%C3%ADa_de_mercado" title="Economía de mercado"><span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 0); text-decoration: none;">economía de mercado</span></a>, a principios del siglo XXI, se habla más bien de las "industrias sin chimenea"; es decir, el sector de los servicios, y de manera especial, las industrias de la informática.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial; color: rgb(255, 153, 0);">Aunque la tecnología es muy compleja, “cualquier cambio así sea pequeño, de igual forma modifican la vida”.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Comentó que las radios comunitarias surgen por la necesidad de estar informados en los más recónditos lugares, de crear un nuevo perfil con maneras distintas de trabajar y de pensar, que se diferencie de aquellas radios que siguen un patrón.</span></p>

Estas radios comunitarias se han convertido en una herramienta indispensable para el desarrollo de las comunidades, y cuentan con el apoyo de la misma, ya que son la audiencia activa.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

No se someten a la lógica del dinero, ni de la propaganda, las emisoras que así se denominan. Su finalidad es distinta, sus mejores energías están puestas al servicio de la sociedad civil. Un servicio, por supuesto, altamente político: se trata de influir en la opinión pública, de crear consensos y de ampliar la democracia. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

De esta forma se está avanzando en lo que son las telecomunicaciones, vendrán mejores servicios de telefonía, en la parte cultural y educativa, este Satélite es un gran logro y traerá beneficios para el país.<br />

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 35.4pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: #ff9900; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Para que esto sea una realidad nace <st1:PersonName ProductID="la Unidad Curricular" w:st="on"><st1:PersonName ProductID="la Unidad" w:st="on">la Unidad</st1:PersonName> Curricular</st1:PersonName> Proyecto, que es la encargada de dar parámetros y guías para desarrollar el trabajo y poder brindarle a la comunidad ideas, con la intención de que se adueñen de ellas para que sigan sacando a su parroquia o sector adelante. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></p>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 35.4pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; COLOR: #ff9900; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Esta Unidad Curricular de Proyecto se ve cada semestre, para fortalecer algunos puntos hasta que se lleva a cabo el producto comunicacional, y así se estaría colaborando o agradeciendo al país la oportunidad de estudiar y de que se desarrollen en diferentes áreas o carreras, aquellos estudiantes que por alguna circunstancia no pudieron ingresar a las distintas Universidades y que allí le dieron una mano. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></p>
